I.         Checklist of required documentation

1.        "Visa Notification Form" and "List of Group Members" from the Head office  of the authorized Travel Agencies of China* or from Travel Administration of Provincial, Autonomous Region or Municipal government of China;

*note: the three authorized Chinese travel agencies:

China Travel Service Ltd., China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd. And China International Travel Service Limited

2.        A typed List of Tourist Group, i.e. "Group Visa Application Form" (click here to download the form);

3.        Passports and copy of information page of the passport of each group member. Please arrange the copies in the same sequence as the "List of Tourist Group"

II.    Processing Time

The processing time for group visa is 5 working days, with no express service available.

III. Fee for Group Visa

2.      Please pay the fee when picking up the visa.

IV. Important notice

1.      Additional documents besides those mentioned above may be required for some applicants. Applicants should provide with no delay.

2.  Applicants should check the issued visa and raise any queries immediately.
